Eventually they came up with a type of glass that can be melted and molded into anything they needed. The news spread fast of this wondrous material and soon Ancient China and Egypt were coming up with new ideas of shapes and forms, yet because glass is one color dominate the color remained the same for centuries. Bringing this important discovery to modern time has helped us recreate the magic of Phoenician glass. We have not only created many more decorative items, we have also brought color into each and every piece of art. This color, with the aide of modern science and the precious metals silver and gold, is fired out of the glass. The glass still maintains its unique hand-spun quality making every piece different with its own personality. The arrangement of coloring is purely by chance, as well, the versatility of this glass is beyond imagination.
